The token's value is directly linked to the Net Asset Value (NAV) of our real estate portfolio. Classified as an Asset-Referenced Token (ART) under MiCA, we cannot offer direct profit distributions or dividends. Your primary return is therefore through capital appreciation as the portfolio's NAV grows, supported by strategic reinvestment and transparent asset valuation.

To encourage long-term commitment, we offer consistent rewards from dedicated incentive pools exclusively for staked token holders. The MEDRE token is classified as an Asset-Referenced Token (ART) under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-assets (MiCA) Regulation. We are proactively seeking authorization as an ART issuer from a national competent authority, such as the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). This foundational compliance strategy underpins our entire operational timeline.
MiCA Compliance
We are structuring the MEDRE token as an ART under MiCA to provide a robust, proportionate regulatory framework. This approach ensures EU-wide distribution and broad investor access while maintaining stringent investor protections.
Investor Protection
We have a statutory obligation to provide direct redemption of the ARTs at any time , with the redemption value determined by a transparently disclosed mechanism. We also implement robust Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures for all participants in our token offering.
Financial Stability
We will maintain a dual reserve strategy. In compliance with MiCA, a Statutory Liquidity Reserve will be established from the presale proceeds , holding a minimum of 30% of the total Net Asset Value (NAV) of our future real estate portfolio. This reserve is specifically for meeting direct redemption obligations. Additionally, a separate Market Stability & Growth Fund is being established to support the token price around its NAV and provide liquidity over time.
Transparency & Audits
We are committed to providing comprehensive information to token holders, including timely disclosures and regular reports on financial summaries and portfolio performance. The valuation of our underlying assets is conducted at least biennially by independent, reputable appraisers.
